there are little bits of green skin dangling from my pink. it looks as if a wad of cow tounges banded together. is this hemroids? or do i need to see a proctologist?

that sounds pretty bad. it could be any combination of an STD (warts) or an advanced stage of the roids. however, from your description it sounds a lot worse then anything i have heard of. although when i was in 9th grade, ever so long ago, i had to take a Health class. they showed some pretty wretched pictures of what some pretty bad STDs look like. NOT A GREAT DAY! if it starts effecting your genitals you got a MAJOR problem. i would get it checked out before that happens
if you have the money or the time. see a doctor!! if not, get some cream and some antiseptic and clean her hind end area..bleh

it could be hemorroids if they are bluish( sting or hurt when you go to the bathroom) or some kind of anal fissure, see a proctologist or if you are a woman a gynocoligist may tell you what that is.
