I already checked my recycle bin its completely empty. that was the FIRST place i looked...

PLANK 902.. maybe ur not reading correctly..... or understanding... I DELETED COMPLETELY paint OFF of my computer... so obviously it wouldnt be in those files.

Um i think u should look in the recycle bin in your computer to see if it is there because all deleted things go there.

Go to
My Computer > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
Click "Add/Remove Windows Components"
Click "Assesories & Utilities" then "Details..."
Click "Assesories" then "Details..."
Find "Paint" in the list. If it has a tick by it then un-tick it, Click "OK", "OK" then "Next" (Following onscreen instruction). If it is already un ticked ignor this step. Repeat the above steps and now "Paint" should be "Un-Ticked".
Put a tick in the box next to "Paint", CLick "OK", "OK" and "Next" following the on screen instructions.

NB:
This will re-install paint from your Windows CD or Windows Backup where it is safe.

Check your recycle bin and there should be an option to undelete, or send it back to your program list.
