im 5'5 and 145 i have a 60 pound punching bag i need some tip's

hahaha, 2 months? yeah right. the only way you're getting a 4 pack in 2 months is by buying a six pack and drinking two.

it takes a bit more than 2 months to build strong abs, son. it really depends on what you've already got going on. the KEY to impressive abs is having NO fat on your stomach. the actual muscle mass is secondary. if you have huge abs, you still wont be able to see them at all if you have fat covering them.

concentrate on ab exercises. sit ups are a classic, and they work. try holding something heavy on your chest if they become too easy. however, you need a variety of exercise in order to build good abs, because you need to work the high AND lower sections. try leg lifts, crunches, etc.

Don't listen to people that are not encouraging. Run. That will burn so many calories that fat won't stand a chance. Do alot of sit ups and crunches - or any other excersizes that focus on your abs. Finally Reduce your fat intake and drink a gallon of water a day. you can do it

Walk down to the off licence very slowly !!! , soz, I dont know really but I wouldn't think just a punchbag would do it. I think you have to go down to the gym a lot and one of them muscle building diets.
