It is kind of alarming how much it has been happening. Our insurance kicks in on th 15th so I was planning on going to the Dr. then anyway for a physical, but is this something I should worry about, or is it just a fluke thing? Let me know what you think.

It's not diabetes...good lord...let's not frighten the poor girl! Usually lack of Potassium is the leading cause of poor circulation leading to hands and feet "falling asleep". It can also cause painfull leg cramps. Try eating an extra bannanna here and there.

Have you been inactive lately? I'ts probally poor circulation which has alot of causes, go see your Dr. and find out exactly what the problem is. Good Luck.

I think it might be diabetes. Cause that is what happens to diabetic people. Probably you just need to exercise more. Who knows, it's good your goin' to ta doctor.

hi i get that now and im not pregnant my doc cant find anything wrong with me , so they think its just circulation, i just adjust myself like exercising my hands more and resting my legs.

is it cold where you are? If so, my feet do that alot when it is cold outside. so i think it is a fluke.

it can be a symptom of any number of conditions....the first of which is circulation...i do recommend going to your doctor, but i dont think its an emergency..
