try the first thing that come into your mind
don't sweat it's easier than you think
there should be no stress in relationship
just relax your mind & start talking as if you know this person for along time.

Just be calm and confident. Relax, he'll only brush you off if you act eager to talk to him. Just make sure that you keep up the conversation and if you can't then you must let him go. Don't linger on and sit there sighing. Be someone worth talking to and your phone will probably never stop ringing. Hope this helps...
