its my boyfriends 21st birthday..and i want to do something special. has anyone been to these places, and if so , do u recommend them?

I think it is a great idea!

Top of The Rock is absolutely the best view in the city! Even better than the Empire State Building. Great views of Central Park and each of the rivers and the rest of the city.

Rainbow Room is a classic, and someplace that most people would never go to on their own.

Sounds like something your boyfriend will love!
