Just recently whenever I would have a Cigg. I will feel really Light headed and dizzy, and then I start to feel sick. Just today was the first time I actually threw up.
And so after what happend today, I am gonna stop smoking.
But does anyone know why this happens?

Your body is rejecting the poisonous chemicals. I did the same thing and have since quit. Please quit now for your own sake!

It's obvious that it makes you sick, and that your body rejects poisonous substances. You should quit! I still smoke, but at first, I too felt dizzy from time to time. Once even, I felt noxious. Now it's a month how I started smoking. I want to see if really can get off smoking, not just to talk about it when I haven't even tried cigars.
