I am just curious. I went from 220lbs in April of this year, and now i weight 168. Am I losing fat? I feel skinnier, and people said I lost a lot of weight, but it seems way too much to have lost 50lbs in 7 months. I have been on a steady diet and have exercised regularly, nothing extreme. It is just I haven't heard of anyone losing 50lbs of fat in that short of time, without doing something extreme

you may have lost some muscles too

but hey if you can afford it, go out and buy one of those bathroom scales that measures your fat content of your body as well as your weight..I know, I know, they are not 100 % accurate, but they are close...and this way you CAN SEE how much fat and how much muscle you are losing each month..what a great idea, I surprise myself sometimes...
really go get one..they work great...
keep up the great work...
wish I could do as great as you have..

good luck

50 pounds in 7 months is a great, and healthy, accomplishment.
Doctors recommend you lose 2 pounds a week.
At that rate, you're losing a little over 7 pounds a month, averaging just under 2 per week. Congrats on the weight loss, and keep up the good work. It sounds like you are going about it the right way! Healthy diet and moderate exercise are the best way to see long lasting results.

You have got to figure out an hour an afternoon and if you do not desire to reduce weight, consume as many energy as you had been consuming earlier than plus the volume of energy you burned even as workout. You'll attain muscle on the way to change fats however you will not reduce weight. You will have to attain it
