1) Mask the area you want to keep in color.
2) Invert the mask to cover the color area.
3) Find the Desaturate Mode or Filter and run it.

All done.

I have an older version of jasc psp, so these directions might not be exactly the same. Also, jasc has really good online support, you could send them a message and they should reply pretty fast. There should be a link to their online support from the Help tab. But here's how I do selective coloring:

1. Use the Freehand Selection Tool to outline what you want to stay in color. It doesn't have to be exact.
2. Go to the Edit tab, and click copy.
3. Change your picture to b&w. Then go to the Image tab and click "increase color depth".
4. Then go to edit and click paste as a new layer.
5. If you need to, use the move tool and put the colorized part in place.
6. Then use the eraser tool to get rid of the color you don't want.
