it all depends on your parole officer and you are usually granted one or two dirtys before they send you back and if they send you back it is for a 30 day dry out. Since you are working if you or who ever it is be up front with your parole officer and also get going to some na meetings and get them signed so you can show that you are trying to stay clean but that you had just messed up that one time and make sure you dont use anything else at least until you are off of parole which will be 13 months if you do good. It isnt worth getting high and since you are clean why get all messed up again.

Prison. Automatic in most cases. In some cases it also requires you to appear before a judge again for adjucation on your sentence - it may mean MORE jail time.

When you are out on parole, stay clean. You need to not give into temptation.

If you do not want to go back to prison, then you have to work with your parole officer, a lawyer and a medical technician to get you into a clinic or something similar to get you totally detoxed and keep you drug free. Dont try to hide, try to get help - its the only way to stay free. Covering it up is what they see all day long every day - someone who WANTS to be free from the drugs they do not see every day - its an added incentive for them to help you.

That would depend on your Parole Officer & the terms of your Parole. Sometimes, you get the first one free, depending on how you act, but I wouldn't count on it actually happening. Pot & alcohol are usually ignored completely. I know some people who have just gone into rehab for 30 days.
