All I really know about him is that he lived/died in Orange County. He jumped in front of a train about 8-9 years ago. I'm having no luck finding any thing and can't afford to "join here 'free'" places. Any info-links you could provide-would be awesome.

It would have been in the Orange County Register newspaper. I don't if they have a free search or not.

A Michael C Mize, born 2/23/79 died 8/8/95 in California. Look up in the newspapers, probably at the library not online the day or two after his death. I found this info at Soc Security Death Index, search ssdi. Sorry I just realized this guy was 16 years old but try the site anyway, not all deaths are there and sometimes suicides are not published or even reported in newspapers for the privacy of the family involved.....Good luck on finding out

You can try to contact the Orange County Hospital, county coroner's office. They will have records of any obituary posted in the county. Good Luck! P.S.: Sorry for you loss..

the library has copies of newspapers on microfish, microfilm, and the paper copy too. just go to any library in that county and pull up the newspaper with the date of your father's death or the from the next couple days after his death, look in the obit section. you can ask a librarian to help you.
