Hey there, I say yes on the bottom floor as that is where most of your guests will be, but on the top floor where the rooms are, I say change them to your hearts content. Do each room a different one if you want to. =) Have fun! (of course, if you plan on selling in the near future you may want to invest in extra sets of like switch plates when you buy them all at the same place just to have on hand)

depends on the ambience of the room.if you have decorated the room,then naturally you want it to match your work,but if the house is rental property,you as the owner should try to match all plates on the switches and plug recepticals,other than that,just do what you feel is right
