LOL. You answered your own question. If they keep choosing to date those kind of guys, then all the guys they date are going to be the same. It's not rocket-science. As for the complaining part, they haven't reached the point yet where they realize that the choices they're making are what's causing the problem. A lot of them never figure it out, too.

Most women attract certain type of men. Ones from being an ******, ones that cheat or beat them. It's really a mental thing. Sometimes they just have to learn several times until they have had enough.

Because sometimes those a holes are full of charm and know how to use it, they keep hoping they will be the ones to change them.

We tend to like something that's familiar to us, when the unfamiliar comes into our lives we don't know how to handle it. We (some) don't know how to handle change well we can't adapt. Therefore we stay within our comfort zone and aren't willing to go outside of the box (unfamiliar).
