I have a few also.
Around here thursday night is homemade pizza night with a variety of toppings, depending on my mood. It is an easy thing to make, since my daughter has gymnastics from 6 til 8 on thursdays I have it hot and ready as soon as she gets home.
I love jamaican jerk chicken, I make it about once a month. I am also pretty good at making homemade pasta sauce, my family likes it at least.

I don't really follow recepies much, I just work from what's in the pantry and fridge. Although this one is a crowd pleaser everytime and is super simple....just serve with very fresh french bread and a super light salad:
Shallots, garlic and a bay leaf. Saute the shallots and garlic for a
bit in some olive oil. Add one cup white wine and throw your (washed and debearded) mussels in. Cover and steam until they open. Throw in a little container of cream and serve once warmed.
Just never eat the ones that don't open....ugh!!
Ooh, and I guess my slow cooked choke cherry pork, but I will never give that one up!!!

Four cheese, four mushroom, Escargot Pizza. Cook the escargot till almost crunchy in garlic and butter. Cook the mushrooms in the snail butter. Grease the pizza pan with the snail butter. Spread the dough, top with pizza sauce, add grated cheeses (your choice) top with mushrooms, escargot and bake until perfect. Open some good red wine and enjoy.

my baked mac and cheese, but only beacuse my dad forgot how to make his original recipe a couple of years ago, and most other people in my family use the recipe that's on the macaroni box.
The website below gives my recipe...but my secret is I omit the ham and replace with 1/2 cup of x-tra sharp white cheddar, and I also add bread crumbs to the top. I don't know if it's really that special, but the people in my family seem to think it is!
MMMMM!
