ok... im a highschool wrestler and im interested in taking sport supplements. im looking products that wiil help me gain strength without gaining any wieght. but i have heard rumors that these products can mess up your sex life in the future. so im not sure what to take and whats is right for me. im interested in testosterone boosters, but like i siad im not sure about that stuff. plus theres this new product called Gakic or Gacik that i wanna take. plz.plz. help me i really need the advice.

I wouldn't suggest anything that will boost your testosterone. I would, however, suggest a good protein supplement right after your work out. You won't gain much size, in fact, it'll help you stay lean. You will also notice a big increase in your strength as well. Taking testosterone boosters at your age is a very bad idea. Plus it will put a lot of size on you in a hurry, which as a former wrestler, I know you don't want. I suggest Nitro-Tech. This stuff is awesome. Just don't overdo it or you'll gain size here as well. Stay away from Cell-Tech or any creatine based products. While they do give you added strength benefits, they make you pack on weight like nothin' else. When you up your protein intake, especially after working out, make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day. This will keep the pounds away and will actually help you to stay lean, don't listen to what people tell you about drinking less water to stay lighter, it's B.S.
