Normally, I suffer from severe depression.

These last few days.. i've been happier than I've been in YEARS.

I have a midterm tomorrow.
How can I ensure that this good mood stays until then?
Any special foods or drinks or vitamins? Or techniques?

Go to the doctor and see if you need to be treated for bipolar disorder.

Ginko Biloba, it helps moods.

But it mainly is in you. Take five minutes today and close your eyes and meditate. Focus on sunshine, warmth, and whatever makes you happy. Focus on your current mood. And if you feel yourself slippng away tomarrow, repeat the proccess. It helps me out a lot.

Also here is a prayer for when you wake up ( every morning)
by air by fire I am blessed,
by water by earth I am blessed.
Lord and lady bless me.
So mote it be.

He is one for when the sad days do come.
As the rain falls, so do my tears.
My heart is full of sadness. As the
rain drops, may my tears find their way to the sea.
And let this sadness pass from me.

Before you sleep,
Lady of the moon,
Lord of the Sun,
Protect me and mine,
Now that day is done.

Here is a tea recipe to help calm and relax: 1 TBL China Black tea. or English breakfast tea.
2 tsp chamomile
1 tsp rose hips
2 tsp elder flower.

I hope this helps, Blessed Be.

A little meditation on how GOOD you feel will help, as will cammoile tea before bedtime. Also I would recommend some light exercise to enjoy the sights and smells of things around you, and awake your awareness of life as being good! Don't try to cram...if you don't know it by now, you won't know it cramming all night long. Relax and reassure yourself that you are happy and will recall things with this calm state of mind. OH>..get a good night's sleep. Plenty of calcium (milk)! Godloveya! Good luck!

First of all....stop obsessing about it. Just go with the flow. There is no way to guarantee you will be super happy tomorrow. That's life. It has ups and downs. The thing you have to do is not let those ups and downs be in the extreme.
