My daughter is in pre-school and i am looking for some cool recipies that start w/ the letter i ! I am already taking ice cream sandwiches for her class on tuesday so i need some ideas on what i can make for thursday! Any help would be appreciated!

Hey, how about Icing flowers - hell it's pure sugar and it starts with "i". You just make the icing and let it dry in a flower mold and there you have it! You can decorate a cake, cookies etc. Or how about an ice cream cone cookies? Cookies in the shape of ice cream cones. How about italian ices? They are refreshing - not too sweet and you can make them or buy them and put them out in cute cups - alternate colors to make it look like a rainbow or flower patch. How about "ikky gooey cake?" Ok, this is my original - why don't you make cupcakes that ooze red filling?? Ok, that's all I can think of - but you can go to these websites for more ideas. Be daring !!!

Icicle Cookies
make your basic sugar cookie dough and instead of shaping into circles roll into strips about 6" and then twist - bake and then drizzly Icing on them
