Afraid all you can do for the moment is rest and don't stretch yourself. May be a pain now, but believe me if you push yourself too hard you run the risk of contracting ME and having problems for years. Sorry to be the bearer of depressing news but just sleep lots, glandular fever takes quite a while to get over!

plenty of fluids, keep your energy level up, honey and lemon. How old are you? I had it when I was 18 years old bad I was in hosp for 2 weeks on drips the lots. You need to rest but also need fresh air. What have the doctors said?
It will take some time to clear but I found it comes back again and again especially when you are down or under lots of pressure. Good luck & be good to konow how you get on email sadski@btinternet.com

Really the only answer is rest up...no late nights. Keep up your water intake and look after yourself. It can be passed on so no physical contact. It is also called The Kissing Disease.
