I'd go with the Spaghetti and Meatballs with Garlic Bread and Salad.......you can buy flame broiled meatballs at the grocery store now, so that step is out of the way, and if you cruise down the sauce aisle in the grocery store, there are more choices of pasta sauces than there are stars in the sky......Pick 2 different ones and mix them together......Inexpensive, quick, and great for even the pickiest eaters..........you know how kids can be with food, after all, Spaghetti is a "fun" food to kids......Good luck!!!

Spaghetti and Meatballs is usually a great choice. Fix a simple salad and some garlic bread. You can even buy ready-made meatballs in your freezer section. Buy ready-made spaghetti sauce. Put these in a slow cooker early in the day and the meatballs will absorb the flavor of the sauce...makes them a LOT better! Then all you have to do closer to time to eat is to make the pasta. Make brownies for dessert!

Since you have no photo (not to mention they could use a 3rd person OR wear disguises), teach her NOT to talk or go with any strangers ... period. Make sure she stays CLOSE to you at ALL times, and alert her SCHOOL, the local police (they may be able to give you the BEST advice on what to do), and never leave her unattended. Ever. Also: Wonder saw on the news 2 wks ago, a child was kidnapped by her own father BUT they enlisted others to help abduct her AND they wore disguises. Having a photo of him is not the answer, sweetie.... Teach her to NOT trust anyone. :( A sad, but necessary lesson to learn.

Pork Chops and mashed potatoes with a veggie.
Easy way to do it?

Brown your pork chops in a skillet,
mix in a crock pot or deep dish baking pan Large can cream of mushroom soup and 2 packets of brown gravy mix and 1 can of water,
After you brown the chops put them in mixture and bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 3 hours, or crock pot on low for 4 hours, Pork chops come out tender and juicy and the sauce makes itself into gravy for mashed potatoes.
My family begs me to make this dish and its so easy.
Good Luck.

Pot roast is always good. Meat, potatoes, and veggies. Plus if you have a crock pot you just put it together in the morning and let it cook all day.Delicious. Serve some biscuits with it and you have a meal.

anything with pasta is a best bet, as well as salads and chicken(as all are cheap and most people eat one of these things). I would have either baked ziti or spagetti,or a whole chicken, fried chicken or chicken baked with a bit of seasoning, or fried chicken and baked mac n' cheese(this is my company's fave as everyone loves my baked mac and cheese)
