Salmon with steamed veggies and a pasta side dish.

I don't use seasoning on the Salmon; I use this sauce that you can get in your Asian aisle in your grocery store called "Oyster Sauce", it looks very similar to Teriyaki Sauce, but thicker. I marinate the Salmon in the Oyster Sauce and then grill it on the B-B-Que.......the outside of the Salmon become a bit crispy, but oh so delicious.

But the seasoning I use the most is Lemon Pepper, I love the zesty taste, and I usually use it on my chicken...mmmm, good!

A light dusting of Lawry's seasoned salt, and Garlic salt. Black bean sauce for all meats to soak in..Lawry's seasoned Pepper and a slice of onion with a touch of butter on my baked potatos wrap 'm in tinfoil and onto the barbi:):)

Fresh garlic is the BEST! when its in season.

Garlic and or Lawry's seasoned salt.

If it is already cooked food that needs a pick me up I use Franks red hot or a sauce called Saraso ( I think that is how it's spelled)

Most of them chili powder is one of my favorites but I have and use most herbs and spices. I make my own Balti Garam Massalla, Garlic salt and fried chicken spice to name a few.

I use garlic, garlic salt, rosemary, oregano, red pepper flakes, basil, and cayenne pepper a lot. I like my food spicy, and my husband doesn't, so whatever I make, I just add the cayenne or red pepper to mine. I make grilled chicken breasts a lot, sometimes I marinate them beforehand.

I also cook broccoli and rice, make fresh salads with fresh veggies and shredded cheese, I like to make soups and I like baking.

I use red pepper flakes a LOT. Peps up almost anything but desert.;) Goes great on pasta, which is my favorite thing to make.

I use garlic powder, garlic salt, and fresh garlic. I use it in everything. I also use lots of chili powder and things as well.
