Take a vacation. Go to someplace I've never been. Go surfing a lot, the ocean calms me down tremendously. Work out. Paint. Spend a lot of time with friends and family. Go shoe shopping. Try not to overanalyze the situation to death because it is what it is.

At the worse part, I wrote a million letters to him that I didn't mail. I wrote them in a notebook and eventually threw them out. The writing got out a lot of feelings. After that, I just concentrated on me and what I needed. He kept trying to get me back but then, the tables were turned and I was in charge. There finally came the time when I was ready to move on and met the love of my life! And we are engaged!
