The disease is chlamydia not clymitia.
So if your question is- can having chlamydia be the cause of abnormal vaginal bleeding? The answer is yes. And the bleeding is caused by the disease not the treatment.

I am asuming you mean treatment for chlamydia. You can bleed down there during your period if you are female. If you are male ask your doctor or nurse practioner.
