Hi,

Mr. Bradley had chronic lymphocytic leukemia.

Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (chronic lymphoblastic leukemia, CLL) accounts for about 7,000 new cases of leukemia each year. Most often, people diagnosed with the disease are over age 55. It almost never affects children.

CLL. A common type of indolent (slowly progressing) cancer in which too many lymphocytes (white blood cells) are found in the peripheral blood and bone marrow. Most patients with CLL are older than 50 years and have no symptoms at the time of their diagnosis.

I haven't seen the type mentioned in any of the articles I've read so far. I lost my father-in-law 12 years ago to leukemia, and it hurts to see that people are still dying of this horrible disease.

i think so unhappy - that he's long previous . . . . . . i think so stable - that he replaced into right here. i'm sorry - there are so few like him. . . . . . . i'm happy - that there are ANY like him. i'm uncertain - now that he's lacking. . . . . . . i'm confident - he would be remembered. I hope he rests in peace. I loved the way he interviewed people and didn't make them feel bad as other interviewers do. May Ed Bradley rest in peace. Don't you wish too?
