A mailing address in the US takes the form of:
FirstName Lastname
Street Address (May be more than 1 line)
City, StateAbbreviation ZipCode
An Example:
Nancy Drew
123 Inwood Drive
Solon, OH 44139
Note, you might see some ZIP codes have a four digit extention on them (e.g., 44139-1234). The four digits are NOT necessary.
Also, if you do not know the state abbreviation, you can spell out the state name.
