Having read your previous questions, I can only assume that the older person is in fact 38 and you are 8 years old. At least that is the age indicated by your lavatorial jokes/questions, the death of your mother, the miscarriage of your mother etc., etc., etc. On second thoughts, the other person must be about 70, as your true age must be about 40.........................

it depends on how old you are. if it is an age difference such as 30 -> 60, its different, but if you are under 21, i don't suggest doing "it". If you are under 21, what kind of 50 year old wants something to do with a minor?

If this alleged person is thirty years older than you, they are OLD enough to be your parent and YES it matters about the age gap, expecially if YOU are UNDERAGE. Find someone more age appropriate with whom to become infatuated.
