Try the msconfig utility
Click on Start and then Run
Type in: msconfig
In the window that opens go to the startup tab
You will see everything being loaded when your computer is booted. That System32 window should be one of them. Simply uncheck it and it will not load in the future. If you do the wrong one, just re-check it.

While there, you may want to uncheck any other things loading that you can live without. The fewer things loaded here, the faster your PC will run.
