Sir, I have received my passport two days back , but the passpot do not have validation stamp of ECNR. Moreover , I had a conversation with passport officer, who explained to me that if there is no stamp , then it is ECNR itself.
As mentioning the details above , I am very much confused about the status of my passport whether it is ECNR validated or ECR.

yes its true what the officer told, the outdated service of stamping ECNR has been rejected by gov of India
my passport also is without ECNR stamp that means i am valid for NON-ECR group
