8oz = 1 Cup
8 x 11 = 88 oz.
16 oz = 1 lb.
88/16 = 5.5 Lbs.

(Math was never my forte -- but, this is my best effort).

One cup is equal to 8 ounces. It should be 5 and a half pounds.
