Episode on Discovery Channl about a woman who used over 4o vitamins a day and died?

I watched an episode on Discovery channel a while ago about a woman who died in her sleep , Turns out she used to consume over 40 types of vitamins a day and one of them had an illegal and fatal ingredient . Any one know what was the woman's name or the ingredient

you can probably OD on most anything. Vitamin A-B12 which is stored in the liver.
