A bench warrant they won't come banging down your door for her, but if she gets stopped by a cop for any reason and he/she runs her, they will find it and haul her off to jail... which may actually be the best thing for her, if she is out of control... it's sad to say.. but you may consider calling it in yourself and telling them where they can find her... she has to learn now.. otherwise when she is older she'll be worse

well the probation dept. won't do a thing to catch her
she just needs to go to court call the court and find out when to turn her in for court it will be early in the morning and she will probably be released later and given another court date for pretrial and then one for sentencing and be free during the whole ordeal only if she turns her self in if not when the cops do run into her she will be a flight risk and held until court is all over that can be a few weeks to a few months and then she will have to do her sentence after that but the odds are if she turns her self in her time will be stayed and she will be free and on probation for a longer time than before. I have been through all of this when I was a kid.

They will ask friends, school people, and the neighborhood about where she could be. When they find her, they'll take her into detention. At that point, you'll have a court date in Juvenile Matters with her, most likely the next day, and later on she'll have a detention review. If she keeps running away like that, they'll put her in juvie jail.

I am very sorry to hear, and wish you good luck. It is NOT your fault, kids make their own destructive decisions. It hurts to see her hurt herself, but the above poster is right. You need to worry about yourself. Please seek counseling, or even some medication to help you stay calm while she shakes this off. Good luck.

Well i can tell you right now the one felony warrant is for the violation of probation which means she won't be able to get out untill the judge sees her. I would let police know about the warrant to get it taken care of asap. She might do a few days for the violation but she should be back out after she sees the judge.

I'm sorry to hear that. Laws differ in different areas so do some research locally. Call her probation officer. These days, parents can be responsible, according to the law, for their minor child's behavior. If you can afford it, talk to a lawyer-or seek help with legal aid.

I am 15 and I maybe able to help you out. I felt like I should be able to do whatever I wanted for awhile. It was because I thought my mom wanted to much control over me and I hated it so I took matters into my own hands and did whatever I wanted. It all turned out bad. My suggestion is to let your 15 yr old do more things but things that are fun and good. Have your 15 yr old do stuff with people you trust. Tell her you want to understand her but its getting hard. Communicating with my mom always is. I dont feel comfortable communicating with her about certain stuff. If your 15 yr old doesnt feel comfortable talking to you ask your 15 yr old who they want to talk to and plan some time for them to talk.

Yes she will have a warrant. My advice to you is use tough love let them take her to jail, She must not respect you very much so i would let her there to figure this out on her own. Hopefully she will wake up and see that if she doesn't straighten up she will be there for a long time. Good luck to you=)

put out a APB and if she is picked up, off to jail she goes. I say, wash your hands of her. Save yourself some grey hair.
