Meatballs recipe
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
1/2 pound ground veal
1 egg
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 slices white bread, pulled apart
and tossed with 2 tablespoon water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
Vegetable oil
In a large bowl combine ground beef, ground pork, ground veal, egg, garlic, cheese, parsley, prepared white bread, salt and pepper. Add dry bread crumbs. Mix again and form into balls.
Heat 1/2 inch vegetable oil in a large frying pan. Add meatballs in a single layer and cook at medium-high heat for 4 minutes. Flip. Cook 4 to 6 minutes more or until done. Drain in a paper towel-lined bowl.
for easier and more uniform meatballs pat meat into a rectangle shape and make 1/2 to 1" squares with a knife then roll 'em up.
A friend also taught me to keep you hands wet with milk, sounds crazy I know, but I keeps the meat from sticking to your hands.

Really it depends on what kind of sauce I will be using.
My basic recipe is: ( measures are guesstamates)
1 Lb ground round
2 eggs beaten
1/2 C Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 small chopped onion
1 T garlic & herb spice (McCormick)
Dash Worchestershire sauce
&
depending on whether a tomato based sauce or a beef based sauce I add either V-8 juice to consistancy or evaporated milk.
Sometimes I add some cooked rice to the mix. If I'm making meatloaf (I don't know why) I add carrots diced small.

Well you grab the hamburger meat and grind it a little bit then a little while later get spaghetti sauce then start mixing it then put it in a separate bowl then probably use an ice cream scooper to make it better.
