Make sure that you use the same size sections and keep the tension tight.

It's difficult to do in the back with your arms up and unable to see. I have been a hairstylist for 32 years and though I can do beautiful braids, doing my own is a nightmare. Guess I need more practice on my own hair. Never had it long enough to do until recently.

Make sure you comb each section as you add to it to keep it really neat you can get a 'tail' comb with a pointy end to allow you to separate parts of the hair with a neat parting, plus what everyone else has said!

Yeah, its often carried out with 3 products, yet thats somewhat problematic to do on your very own head. Heres a less complicated way ! one million) start up via grabbing somewhat od hair the place ever you prefer the plait to start up. 2) split the little pony into 2 products 3) carry the two products interior the comparable hand holding them seperate 4) assemble up greater hair from the unfastened exceeded part 5) bypass the amassed hair to the different part and upload it to the 0.5 a pony 6) grab that with the different hand bypass the two products of hairto the different hand 7) then drop purely somewhat the different part and p.c.. it up returned with greater hair, bypass it to the different hand 8) save doing this til you get to the nape of the neck 9) then save on passing somewhat from one part, grabbing it with the different hand. have been given headache after attempting to place that into words ! wish it enables : )

It is a case of practice makes perfect. Try dampening your hair and see if that helps. You need to make sure that each section is the same size

I think its just a case of practice - I can't do them to save my life so if my daughter has them, i take her to my friend who is a hairdresser......she has tried to show me loads of times but I can't get the hang of it!!
