brcause black people hair is so fine and curly that it is hard to see how fast it grows.....hair grows half an inch a month

It's not that a white girl with blonde hair , ( hair ) tend's to grow faster than a woman of color , it's the person's genes.... Your skin color has not a thing to do with how fast your hair grow's .. it's all in your genetics .

well I personally think it about they culture, but Im black all black and my hair is below my shoulders but it seem to stop growing also I have never had a perm in life. Also I use new gro grease. So as TLC say you can buy your hair it won't grow!

The hair grows just as fast, but curly hair doesn't show length as much as straight hair.

it has nothing to do with skin color, it has to do with your roots and people of african decent all grow hair different. I've seen some with the longest hair, I think it has to do with how you take care of it and what you eat also genetics has a lot to do with it.
