I heard coffee gives you cellulite.I am a 23 y/o momma o 3 young daughters and need some pick me up.What should I take?

You should excerise regularly and try to go to bed at a decent time. Its not always easy with kiddos but making time for yourself to go for a run or go to the gym! You will notice the difference in energy. And a little coffee now and then won't hurt!

Vitimans! I nursed my 3 girls, and had two of them 15 months apart. PHEW....Talk about exhausting. I went to my Doctor and he did some blood work and very easily told me I was defincient in Iron and couple of vitimans. He recommended I take Vitimans that have the extra Iron Supplement in them, as well as a one that Had the Vitiman B, and C. Our bodies use these up at an extranomical rate. After just 4 days I was feeling so rejuvinated and I did not feel so tired all the time. If going to the doc is not an option then just take a look at all the vitimans on the market. However, going to the doc, he can pinpoint what in specific you may need. Then that way you dont risk putting something in your body that your body really does not need. Believe it or not YES it is possiable to overdose your body on vitimans you dont need.
ie; IRON- causes consitipation and severe abdominal cramps when theres to much in your system. I hope this was helpful.

apples are a great natural way to go
want something not so natural?
I'd say go with a product called Spike made by Biotest....do a search on biotest for their website....it comes in tablet(caffienated/non caffeinated forms) which just wakes you up and leaves you with energy to do things but not jittery like coffee or energy drinks
it also comes as an energy drink form which is extremely strong and will literally blow any other energy drink you've ever tried out of the water........take me for example I'm used to stimulaants and cannot even drink a full can without feeling incredibly jittery...it pretty much makes red bull and whatever else look like water

Having a crush... When I think about him I always feel better, ready for everything. Walking to school in stead of taking transports - fresh air makes anyone energetic... Oh and having a good laugh too.
Green tea won't help - cheaper it is, more coffeine contains. Green tea can actually contain more coffeine that coffee, it's healthy anyway, but if you look for alternative ways to get energy avoid.

tea - green tea is especially good
honey
and excersize its good for the cellulite and 3 energetic daughters

i just read in prevention or some health magazine that coffee grounds actually get rid of cellulite. the article said take them with you in the shower and rub them in over the areas that have cellulite then rinse off. i can't find the article off hand but i am sure you can look it up it was fairly recent.

Sleep which can be hard with small children, eating right, and get excersice seems strange that burning energy makes energy but it does

energy comes from carbohydrates, not coffee.

Why not a good snack of fruit or vegetables between meals. Your lovely daughters will appreciate it, too, when they become teenagers and have clear skin!

And they will thank their beautiful Mom !
