I lived through some really bad things for a couple of years and because this didn't trust anyone. I was prayed over at Church to let go of the past and it worked! I have total forgiveness for the offenders and am no longer bound by the past!

Actually, it's the exact opposite.

I was a Christian growing up (until I was 17). I was miserable, full of doubt and fear of my life, etc.

Once I woke up and realized that there was no god, and that I made my own life, and that this is the ONLY life I have, I changed.

I love every second of my life, I enjoy it, savor it, and use whatever time I have before I die to live it to the fullest. The idea that there was another life beyond this one gave me false hope of a new and better life. HA! I realize now that this is all I have, and to not let my horrible past (christianity included) interfere.

So thanks, but no thanks. Taking Christianity OFF my shoulders and putting it in the past has ALLOWED me to enjoy my life.

My past is just that...the past. I never regret any decisions I've made in my life because I learn and grow from them...on my own.

No, it is people like you that keep me from enjoying life now.

There is only one thing I want God to do for me, and He knows what it is, but He hasen't done it yet.

Are you being bothered by things that you have done? I've seen your other questions. Ask for forgiveness and then FORGET them. The devil will try to throw them up to your face every chance he gets.
