I have Firefox2.0. Problem is that when clear history etc with CCleaner it did'nt able to delete cache?

CCleaner was last updated on October 20. Firefox 2.0 was released after that date. I'd guess that the next CCleaner update will correct the problem. You could always contact the CCleaner forum and/or developers to bring the problem to their attention:
