for breakfast this morning i actually went out to eat at the texan, and i had a waffle with strawberry syrup and whipping cream on top, it was yummy! =]

for breakfast i had half of a blueberry bagel with light cream cheese and one of those fruit cocktail fruit cups. so i had one serving of bread and one and a half servings of fruit. also some dairy.
that amount of food usually is just the right amount.
