It's a picture, paper inside a frame hanging on a wall. Is there something I can spray on it? or any suggestion?

I clean it every once in a while, but I don't want it happening anymore...

See what you can do about controling the humidity in the house. Do you have a dehumidifier? Is that something you can get? Also - make sure to run your fans when cooking and taking showers, as these things can cause more humidity. On to the picture!! Is it a very important picture to you? The best thing you could do is take it to a professional framer, like at JoAnn's or Michaels, and tell them your problem. They might know what exactly is the problem, like the frame or the backing paper or what not. I might need to be reframed in a better frame with a backing paper on it and a tighter fit in the frame.

Have the mold professionally clean out. Or check website that help treat mold. But until then it's time to move the picture to another spot.

Mold problems are dangerous for you health . you need to clean all the mold. Is there mold in other places in your house .Put a dehumidifier in the room.And you might want to contact your local health department or land lord if it's a rental.
