Us= Holy Trinity = The Father, The Son, and The Holy Ghost (Spirit)

My answer would be explained in the Trinitarian doctrine as taught by the Christian Church.

As St. Augustine said ("De Trinitas") - "The Father is eternal and eternally loves the Son. The Son is eternal and eternally loves the Father. The Holy Spirit is eternal, and is the love that proceeds from the Father and from the Son"

This might sound strange to the ears of a Jewish monotheist - but - the phrase "let us" is certainly in their own Torah...

When my Jewish friends tell me that that cannot be true, because "God is One" - I show them their own "Shema": The word translated from the Hebrew as "ONE" is not the NUMBER "one" - but means a "composite unity".

One must think that "Let us make man in OUR own image" is the earliest picture of the Holy Trinity in Scripture.

And we are indeed created in the Trinitarian Image: Mind (Father) Body (Son) and Spirit (Holy Ghost).

Well, we know that pre-incarnate Jesus was present at the creation. The most obvious answer would be Jesus and the Holy Spirit, along with God the Father. Can you say 'trinity".
