I wake up at 5:00 and do cardio at 5:30 a.m. on an empty stomach before work. Why do you think this is dangerous?

I exercise twice a day.I exercise before work, but I don't have to get up till 6 am.
I also work out at 9 pm. I get home by 5:15, make dinner for my husband and kids, make sure they do their homework, unwind a little by watching some TV. Get the kids to take a shower, do house cleaning before they finish showering, and read them a book before bedtime. Then FINALLY I can get out of the house for an hour to exercise. (Husband stays with the kids while I'm gone.)

I used to wake up at 345 to get to the gym at 5. I have to be at work at 6 every morning. That got old quick.

I wake up at 430 every morning to get on the bike and ride to work - 24 miles one way!!! I know how you feel!!
