i can't get on the internet i can't get to my games nothing will load and then when you hit restart or shutdown it never does you have to hold the button in on the computer. what can i do to fix this please help.Can also be reached at flwpwerchickie@aol.com

Dont Listen To BSMITH First Off All His Answers Are Format And Reload......You Problem Is That Something Is Still Trying To Load....My Computer Does This Too....Normaly When I Boot Up I Have Five Programs That Startup....When My Computer Does What Yours Does Only Four Of The Five Load...You Will Need To Find Out Which Program Is Not Loading Properly.....Use One Of Those Free Trial Start-up Editor If You Dont Already Have One.....Disable One At A Time And Reboot....Continue As Needed...This May Have To Be Done In Safe Mode...
