Baked Chicken Breasts - Crockpot (To Die for!!)

5 x Chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
2 tbl Butter, or marg
10 3/4 oz Cream of Celery soup, condensed
1/2 cup Dry sherry
1 tsp Tarragon or rosemary leaves, (I like rosemary)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp Garlic powder, or garlic salt
8 oz Canned mushrooms, drained

Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry; place in Crock-Pot. In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and heat until smooth and hot. Pour over chicken breasts. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours. (I did iton higher heat to speed things up. I added boiled potatoes and some paprika towards the end.) For the first time ever, I used those frozen boneless skinless bags of chicken. NOT BAD! Also, I have never been one to cook with canned soups before: have learned my lesson. Once cooked in this recipe, you cannot tell there is canned soup as base for sauce. This is delish!!!
NOTES : I think this could be made in oven or on top of stove. Hint: Rival's recipe called for 4 ounces of mushrooms, but I doubled the quantity. You could leave them out if you don't like mushrooms. I had no Cream of Chicken soup and sub'd Cream of Celery. It was soooooo goooood that I think I'll just stick with Celery in the future!!

White Chicken Chili

3 to 4 chicken breasts -cubed
16 oz. salsa
1 jar white navy beans
1 can chicken broth
¾ cup of Pepper Jack and Monterey Jack cheese
Corn chips

Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook 6-7 hours low or 4-5 high. You don’t have to cook the chicken first for this one. About a ½ an hour before the chili is done add the cheese and stir it in. The already shredded Monterey Jack and Colby cheese works just fine. When I’m ready to serve I like to add a spoon of sour cream and corn chips. Yes, fattening.....but worth it!

You can go to Campbell's website and they'll give you what seem easier recipes. A can of soup w/some chicken and carrots and celery served over noodles or rice...blah..... This one has a little more excitement and is basically as easy =)

I use this one often. Hope it helps.

4 Chicken Breast (boneless & skinless)
6 small Red Potatoes (quartered)
1 pound Carrots (I use the baby carrots)
1 med Onion (chopped or sliced)
1 teaspoon chopped Garlic
1 can Cream of mushroom soup or Chicken Broth
1 can Rotel (next to the canned tomatoes in the grocery store)
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
salt to taste

Place onions and chicken breast in a frying pan on med-high heat, long enough to slightly brown the chicken and onions should be clear. Place in the crock pot. Add potatoes, carrots, garlic, cayenne pepper, rotel tomatoes and either the cream of mushroom soup or 1/2 can of chicken broth. I set my crock pot on low for 10 hours. When using the mushroom soup, I serve this over pasta.

Yes, my mommy gave me this recipe:

Get a whole chicken and cut off the wings and butt and clean out the inside
Next, salt chicken inside and out and if you prefer you can rub with poultry seasoning.
Next, pour Italian Dressing inside of the chicken and a little over the chicken
Put in the crock pot on high in the morning and late afternoon the chicken will be falling apart into juicy pieces!

Quick, Easy and Delicious! Good Luck!

Also another quick, easy and awesome recipe:

Get Boneless chicken breasts place in a plate/bowl that can go in the oven.
Pour Hidden Valley Ranch dressing over the chicken breast until they are covered and sprinkle parmesean cheese over the ranch dressing. Put in oven on 350 degrees for 25-30min (if breasts are frozen) or 20min (not frozen)
For Frozen chicken: Take out of oven after 20 min and sprinkle cheddar cheese all over and put back in oven for 5 min or until lighhtly browned
For not Frozen: take out after 15 min and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on it and put back in oven for 5 min or until lightly browned.
Always cut inside the chicken to make sure there is no pink in it, if there is still pink, put back in oven until it is all white meat! I make this all the time at home. I'm a newly wed so I like the easy stuff!
