Natural: Anything with ginseng and/or ma haong. Try a GNC store. Also try drinking an energy drink like RedBull or Adrenaline Rush.

Perscription: Ritilin or Adderall but you can only get them if you've been diagnosed with ADD or ADHD. A doctor won't randomly write you a perscription.

Ginko Biloba make my mind feel so clear. I can concentrate so well if I take them in the morning. It's natural--no prescription needed. Find it with the rest of the vitamins at any store.

take some non-competitive exercise every day, walking, running or swimming. Don't eat or drink too much in the evening as this will spoil a good night's sleep, when your subconcious is reviewing what it has learned.

St. John's Wort could help, green tea and get some good carbs and protein in your diet. Don't get mini thins or anything "speed" like in affect such as caffeine pills, that junk will just make you jittery and too hyperactive.

You would be suprised by how much B-vitamins aid in focus, concentration and memory.
This makes perfect sense in that many neurotransmitters are metabolized from B-vits

You can take St. John's Wort, but that takes at least a few weeks to kick in its effect. Other than that your doctor would have to prescribe meds, and most of those take 2-6 wks to kick in depending on what brand s/he puts you on.
