its those small liquid cups it has no experation dates. no refigeration needed.

Those little half and half containers you see at restaurant are actually made of water and a freeze dried milk or cream powder mixed. They tend to stay good for a long time. Eventually it can go bad but, not for about a year or so. Now if you buy half and half in a milk carton like the ones you see at the grocery store they do go bad after a while. But that is because it is real milk and cream mixed. I hope this helps.

the expiration date was on the box they came in so yes they do go bad, however they keep for quite some time.

Only half of it will expire, hence the name. The name is also a reference to the chemical 'half-life' of the main ingredient. If you pour carefully, you should be able to pour out the expried half and keep the good half for your coffee!

yes it does. the little cups are usually good for a few months. i bet the date was on the box.
