Oatmeal. A little butter, sugar (brown perferably), maybe some honey. Great, fast, hot, filling and good for you.

I love to eat cheese toast with tomato slices and a boiled egg. Put your oven on broil and toast both sides of the bread, then add cheese after the toasting is done until melted. Put the tomato slices on top after melting the cheese. VERY GOOD!

Open a can of corned beef hash and heat it in a microwaveable dish and fry an egg and place on top of the hash when done. Pretty fast, simple and delicious.

bagel with flavored cream cheese
toast spread with honey and creamy p-nut butter* this is a great protein energy breakfast.

*p-nuts can upset some ppl's stomach's, try natural p-nut butter or a less sugar, less salt kind.

single serving Oatmeal....there are sugar free versions of it too.
Tear open pakcage, put in bowl, add water, microwave take out add milk and enjoy - quick easy filling sugar free - good for you!!!
My ADHD son LOVES it! Lots of flavors - he likes apples and cinnamon, and maple

instant oatmeal...there are lots of choices of flavors so it doesn't have to be the same every day...very good for your health and doesn't have too many carbs or sugar.
