No because unlike Muslim countries, we have the freedom to say or believe what we want. And who believes the Davinci Code anyway? It was a novel.

It's a free country here in the U.S. (where Yahoo! is) my friend. If they advertise whatever people PAY them to advertise. They advertise movies about murder and rape and death, but I don't see anyone complaining.
It's a MOVIE. It's FICTION. I'm sorry if you or other Christians feel threatened by it, but you need to grasp that it is NOT REAL. We live in a free country where people can advertise for anything they want. If Yahoo! decided not to advertise it because Christians and Christian "rulers" said so, we may as well move ourselves way out of the Democracy column, and into the Tyrannical section.

Like WalMart, Yahoo! is a business and it generates its income from advertisers. It is not Yahoo!'s duty to promote one religion over another. It is here to make a profit and if the DaVinci Code provides it, then Yahoo! will accommodate. Boycott it if you wish, but it is a non-issue to its function.
