SF to Honolulu is 2400 miles by Great Circle track; hull speed of a 30 foot boat is square root of the waterline x 1.25;
so say your hull speed is maybe 6 knots; 4.5 is more like comfortable cruise.......

having sailed 25,000 miles or so the last 30 years, I can tell you good wind bad wind no wind it always seems to average 100 miles a day.......so a good passage for your boat would be 24 days......add 15 as a safety margin for food and water and ....35 to 40 days at sea.
