I've been shopping around and can't seem to find one anywhere, and I really need one by Christmas...

Try overstock.com or a local charity shop or boot sale. You could always ask a friend or family member if they have an extra, I have saved gobs by rescuing duplicates from cupboards of non-cooks! Good Luck!

Have you tried Tesco, B & Q or Sainsbury, or any of the chain stores .They usually get them in for Christmas baking.
