HOW TO INCREASE uTORRENT DOWNLOAD ?

Can anyone tell me how to increase the speed of uTorrent download if i am using broadband connection because the downloading progress had surely gettin into my nerve!

i affraid u cant increase the speed... the only solution is a high-speed connection!
