That one that says if a man rapes a woman, he has to marry her. It's like, who is that law punishing, the rapist, or the poor girl he raped?

I am not under any law of the OT. The law was only given to the Nation of Israel and was not given to any other nation. Romans 2: 14 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: Romans 6: 14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. We know by nature what right and what is wrong. Check out your Bible and see if any other nation ever had the law of Moses.

It is bad that not all of them were enacted into our laws. The world would be a much better place if we followed these rules.

I can do without the old 'eye-for-an-eye' law, or the loss of a hand for a minor crime.

in all honesty.
The concept of executing people for committing adultery, homosexuality as well as others should not be put in place in a secular Democratic society.
also I would not want my parents to die because they decide to drive on the Sabbath.

In the bible, you would get killed for having premarital sex. Over 3/4ths of U.S.'s population would cease to exist if that was the case.
